Where to Spend New Year's Eve in Cabo

New Year's is one of my favorite holidays, and it's all about who you spend it with and where. I'm sharing my list of the top 5 places to ring in the new year, all in gorgeous Cabo San Lucas. The vibe for me is good food, great tunes, and the best company, if you have all three, you're set for an amazing night.

5- Medano Beach

Medano is lined with restaurants, beach bars, and hotels for you to spend New Year's Eve and watch the firework show. Dig your toes in the sand with a drink in your hand as fireworks light up the night sky in a bang of colors to close out 2022 and welcome 2023.

4- Luxury Yacht

Have your own private luxurious event on the Mexican sea, right under the fireworks, aboard your choice of vessel. Our friends at Baja Pass can help you save on yachts and much more; check them out!

3- Wachinangos

This hidden gem is a favorite for tourists and locals alike. Their regular many is *chef's kiss* spectacular, but they're doing something a little different for New Year's Eve. Chef Manny Serrano is whipping up a special menu to celebrate the end of the year. Will you be joining him?

2- The Nowhere Bar

Located right in the middle of the marina, The Nowhere Bar is a great option to spend New Year's Eve. You get the best of both worlds, the view of the fireworks from the beach, and a club experience where you dress to impress. Dance the night away with a "jarrita" in your hand on the light-up dance floor.

1- El Squid Roe

We mentioned it in our Can't-Miss activities during December in Cabo, but in case you missed it, we're glad you're here. El Squid Roe is known for their wild parties, and this New Year's Eve is no exception. Start the night off with a delicious dinner, then get your drink on and progress to some dancing o tabletops. At midnight, they're going to have the most amazing indoor firework show and a champagne toast. Reserve your VIP table here.

What are your plans for New Year's Eve? Where will you be ringing in the New Year?
